The site comprises approx. 1.7 acres opposite More Park Primary School, and our proposal is for a 70-bedroom care home over two storeys.
Whilst the site is presently greenfield land, it already benefits from detailed planning consent for redevelopment to provide a large tarmacadam car park.
With an identified shortfall of over 110 market standard care home bed spaces within 2 miles of the site, our proposals will contribute significantly to consumer choice locally, as well as creating in the order of 65 new jobs.
