Planning has been granted for a 64-bedroom care home
The site is located off Seven Hills Road and is directly opposite the renown Whiteley Retirement Village.
The holistic design of the building and landscaping has been developed to replace the vacated garden centre with a more attractive alternative, specifically providing a much needed nursing home with specialist dementia care to the area of Weybridge.
The site area is 4.23 acres in total comprising mainly brownfield land.
